The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions such as the beach and city center. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the meals served at the hotel, with a variety of options available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool was well-maintained and provided a nice space for relaxation.
The hotel lacked certain amenities that we were expecting. The rooms were a bit cramped and could have been more comfortable.

A few steps away from the restaurant Paladar el Laurel. Brilliant place for weekend in Havana. A view of the canal from our window;)))

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I especially want to mention Sol and the tall lady whose name starts with O at the travel desk for their excellent service. The attention to detail was impressive, with basic amenities provided and the rooms on the 3rd floor surprisingly comfortable. One thing that stood out was the breakfast, which offered a wide choice of food. They had a great egg station and plenty of freshly grilled fish, along with a variety of salads, pasta salads, and a sandwich press. The quality and selection of food were really good for the price. I also appreciated the location of the hotel in a very beautiful area of Miramar in the Marina. Although it was a bit far from the city center, the peaceful surroundings and fresh air made up for it. this hotel offers great value for money and I would highly recommend it.
All in all, everything was fine.

Old hotel, needs a lot of work. Loud music all night.
Location, price for all inclusive. Food and dining staff were excellent.
Broken toilet that leaked all day and night my room flooded three times. The lack of concern or care from the hotel staff was disappointing. They would not change my room. I asked for a refund, they said no. Loud music all night, a lot of flies during dining and near and on food.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. They provided a shuttle service to a nearby location for sightseeing. The location was in a beautiful area with plenty to see and do.
The food was not the best, and there was little variety. The cleanliness of the facilities left something to be desired.

Amazing value for money! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The views of the marina were stunning and there were plenty of water activities to enjoy. The drinks were always flowing and the food was tasty. Loved the smoothie bar in the morning and the pasta station at lunch and dinner. The shuttle bus made it easy to explore the area.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The pool deck needed a good cleaning and the music was sometimes too loud.
